max ur commander title ;-).

lol

protector is easiest, skill capping in NM is easy peasy, just time consuming and little expensive for poor players. Cartography is easy peasy with texmod, just also very tedious. Sunspear and Lightbringer have wurm farms that make them easy peasy, but it's a grind. (arent all titles grind though? ) those two are good to do on double weekend, max em both during it. amongst those, u can get to r2 easy eveything else involves HM or lotsa moneys. although it can be argued that HM isn't too difficult anymore, but meh ;-) no matter what you do, it's grind have fun

protector of cantha imho
13 missions, and all easy, only raisu palace can be a bit lame with hero/henchie
but with a friend its easy.
gaurdian is also kinda easy.

if you have a lot of cash sweet tooth/party animal can be easy, just 10.000 mouse clicks.

Hitch a ride on all of the raptor farmers thinkign that leechers increase their drops, and max the asuran title easily. Probably not the shortest, but definately the easiest one to max.

I have +4000 hours playing this game, and I never tried on purpose to get a PvE title, I only work in PvP titles, and in a very casual way.

So; if you ask me what title is easier, I can tell you some titles just come alone, like Protector; you just play (and enjoy) the game, and many titles will end complete, or very near to complete.

yeah the order is protector, (cantha is easiest, nightfall and prophecies are roughly about the same). cartography is easy if you like to hug walls (or just use texmod when you play regularly and make sure you hit all the spots). with the zmissions/quests guardian is easy now too......if you have money sweet and party are fast (can do the same for the zaishen title too---buy keys)....and if you have eye and have gotten to rata sum, leeching for the asuran title is easy as well.
ss and lb can be a bit of a grind, but not too hard if you use the wurms .......wisdom can be done if you have the money (just buy the unids).
skill hunter is easy after you finish tyria---some of those bosses are a pain to get to spawn....but cantha and elonia are easy to cap .

that would be close to the order I would say (though if you have the money I would move the buyable titles up since all you need to do is click a bunch of times to max them)

Easiest in order, imo:

Sunspear and Lightbringer says hi

wurm farm about 40-60 runs or so and max both of them, or wait until 2x w/e and get them both in one w/e

Protector/Guardian easiest to get in Factions, then NF, then Proph

Asuran - raptor farm leeching
Deldrimor - snowman farming or leeching on CoF runs
Norn - the 5 boss quest (forget the name)
Ebon - NM books until level 8, then HM book

Skill hunter easiest is NF, then Factions, then Proph

Consumables: Alcohol easiest, then sweets, then party (costs the most)

Mapping: Factions, then NF, then Proph (*hint: do vanq'ing & mapping at the same time - and skill hunting if you study up before you leave for each area)

Vanqing: Factions, then NF, then Proph, then EoTN

Legendary Master of the North you should have if you've done everything above

Kurz/Lux: DTSC/MQSC (600/smite)

Treasure Hunter/Lucky/Unlucky/Wisdom/any PvP title not necessary for GWAMM if you've done the above

Disagree with most of the above. Farming for reputation is a big, BIG waste of time for anyone planning to become a GWAMM. That's because if you are going to max all titles, Master of the North, Vanquisher and Guardian are among the optimal ones to get, and by going for them you conveniently max or nearly max every reputation title.

Return NF mission books (NM and HM) to Lightbringer side, then complete both SS and LB titles Vanquishing. In other words, wurm farming is time wasted you could be using to progress the vanquish title.

GWEN titles aren't hard either, Dwarven being the easiest and should be max or near max by the time you finish every NM and HM mission and dungeon (it doesn't need help from books so don't waste books on Dwarven title). All others (Asura, Norn, Vanguard) should be around 9+ after all corresponing areas are vanquished and/or books are returned to them. It makes no sense to try to farm all reputation titles then go do dungeons, etc, when they offer the biggest rewards, farming is only unnecessary work... Just do it if by the very end you miss a few points.

Doing stuff on double weekends or Zquest days only makes things even easier.

Yeah my ele is my main and I maxed asura by raptorfarming. Dwarven was pretty much maxed by doing legendary master of the north. The NM and HM dungeon books that got me covered ebon vanguard and I believe Norn was pretty far too and finished by the HM mission book.

yeah, I started ordering them by easiest to obtain which turned into a rambling of how to get GWAMM....when I was grinding for GWAMM I got the eotn titles naturally by vanq'ing, dungeons, etc. (same for legendary MoN), and SS/LB will be 80-90% complete by the time you vanq NF. In retrospect, I could have saved myself a lot of cash by starting the GWAMM grind with a survivor (or LDOA), which would have made one less consumable title unnecessary.
